THE SPEAKER'S CONSENT TO THE USE OF HIS IMAGE BY THE REGIONAL POMERANIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Entity for which the consent is granted: Regional Pomeranian Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter: RIGP), Al. Zwycięstwa 96/98, 80-451 Gdynia, Poland

Event, in connection with which the consent: „7th POLISH CONFERENCE ON HYDROGEN ENERGY AND TECHNOLOGY”  7 – 8 October 2024 in the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia 

Due to the fact that as part of the above-mentioned Event I will act as a speaker, and RIGP as the organizer of the Event intends to document the course of the Event in photographic and audiovisual materials (hereinafter jointly referred to as: Materials from the Event), I agree to free of-charge:

• Creating, assembling and technical processing of Materials from the Event, which will include my image and/or a record of my voice and statements (or fragments of speeches),
• Use by RIGP or entities authorized by RIGP from my image (including the recording of my voice and statements) recorded in the Materials from the Event, in particular by: 
  • sharing Event Materials on websites or social media hosted/co-hosted by RIGP or entities sponsored by RIGP,  
  • distributing Materials from the Event in any other way on any medium, including in particular  
  for informational, promotional and educational purposes, 
  • deciding how to use and dispose of the Event Materials,  
  • deciding to disclose my name and position/
