Michał Sznycer is a Head of Hydrogen Cluster regulatory team which examines the legal aspects of hydrogen use in Poland with over 14 years of experience in regulatory works on the energy market.
Within MGS LAW he is a head of the Energy Team responsible for contacts with foreign law firms and lawyers.
Michał Sznycer is the Vice-President and Board Member of Pracodawcy Pomorza Employers Organisation. He is an appointed Head of Forum of Energy and Climate project and a member of RES Council of Konfederacja Lewiatan.
During the last 14 years of work for the energy sector in Poland he had a chance to obtain legal expertise on energy market regulation, energy generation and trading.
Between 2009 and 2017 he was head and legal coordinator for trading and sales segment of Energa Group (Energa - Obrot SA.
Since 2008 Michał Sznycer is the member of Towarzystwo Obrotu Energią/Energy Trading Association (TOE), taking part in various groups, including „RES and CHP” Group. He is a member of Good Practices Comitee of TOE (KDP) and since 2015, a member of Internal Audit Comitee for TOE.
